Through my work with horses and my own life experiences I have been led to intuitive coaching and to deepen my pathways into Equine Facilitated healing/learning and connection to my herd of Morgan horses who are now showing up for me as
Medicine horses through the work I am moving into in co creation with them as they illuminate and open this path forward for me and all who will enjoy sharing their space and light.
Horses have walked with me a very long time and have taught me many things ,even before I came to live with my own herd of Morgan horses.
I have been a breeder of quality Morgan horses for 10 years,I am a certified intuitive life coach ,therapeutic facilitator of equine led healing sessions for mental,emotional and spiritual health and wellness ,self discovery and finding your personal power and mastery,utilizing mindfulness training/body awareness training through Movement,Interaction with our herd and guided meditations.I am certified in Reiki 3 and other modalities I readily bring to sessions when appropriate.
In this practice I will include intuited information I receive from my horses and my connections to nature and spirit.In particular our horses who lead these sessions in co creation with me as a facilitator.
I often draw from my back ground in martial arts and various fine arts.I have been involved in and practiced Martial arts for nearly 13 years and have adapted the tenets of my martial art Tae Kwon Do, into my horsemanship and daily personal development practices as way of life that is empowering and in the flow of Balance.
I also draw from a lifetime of dance in various styles and my creative free spirited and artistic soul to create a magical experience to help you rediscover the magic and power within yourself .
I create the environment and opportunity and you receive the experience.
My philosophy for Riding the Spiral Path is focused on "Self Mastery" or "Knowing Thyself" and on Connection in all it's forms.<3
In creating more self awareness and getting very Mindful with our lives we gain better connections to spirit.
In doing so we learn to better know and understand ourselves, others and the world around us.
We need to feed the mind and cultivate the gardens of of souls,Nurture our inner children and heal them,returning to our most authentic way of being as we once were when we first came into this world.
Remember how to play and what makes our hearts sing but also how to get back into our bodies,get grounded ,cultivate awareness and patience and compassion.
I began my journey here on a spiritual path many years ago, acquired knowledge to feed my mind and learned many things,I have now integrated movement and self care into things to build a temple for the soul as I put knowledge into practice.
In May of 2019 under a full Scorpio moon something really changed in my awareness of the pathways that were available to me and I was shown by my horses a way to better utilize this land and my surroundings using what I already had available.Building the new from what once was.With it came an invitation to change parts of my path and ultimately let go of the things I built here years ago when I was someone else.
It has served its purpose for my own growth and learning as it was. So I ultimately decided to take the energy from our breeding program to channel into a path that feels like a higher calling. The horses are showing up for me as one herd,one unified consciousness that I am calling Silver Mist Medicine herd.They are here to bring forth the keys to healing our energetic connections to ourselves the Earth and to the Great Spirit .
So with that I've decided to transition out of breeding Morgans and concentrate on healing sessions and retreats from the space of the horses and all that is now coming into form.
